You also want the notification to be adjusted from the server’s time zone to yours and you want the results posted to your google sheet.
No problem, an Alert triggers and data is sent to ARATIS API. The API Workflow begins by adjusting the time zone and determining a voice call is required. Calls go out and the IVR system escalates through all contacts unsuccessfully. An email ques up to notify your support system that the outage was not acknowledged and requires service and results posted to the google sheet.
