Call Path Pricing
Find answers to common questions about our services here.
Concurrent calls indicate the number of simultaneous calls that the ‘line’ or workflow can handle. This will often mean either the number of calls at the same time, or notification calls/text processed within your worflow. For example if you want a voice call to escalate through three numbers or if you want to broadcast a text to three numbers each time your workflow runs then you would need a total of three Call Paths. The number of calls is only limited by your minutes provided in your purchase. Your workflow can trigger as many times as you need and we do not limit your contacts, in other words each trigger can have different destination input that your application sends over.
Both include the power of our IVR (Interactive Voice Response system) and both include all necessary features such as phone number, minutes and abilities to initiate SMS and voice calls.
An advanced Call Path includes more minutes and allows for much more detail in your notifications. In addition Advanced Call Path introduces the capability for two-way communications and triggers between the API, PSTN and your applications and you’ll receive a dedicated telephone number just for you. It also allows for INTL dialing, call recording, and a broad range for specialized programing and customization you may require.
All Call Paths include minutes/credits which are billed in 1-minute increments. Voice Billing begins when call is answered, ends when call is hung up. Text messages are billed as 1 credit, if longer than max length 160 characters – message is split into multiple messages – each billed individually.
It is unlikely you will need more minutes but if you do, we suggest purchasing the Advanced Call path or for special circumstances you can request a custom build and quote.
Your account will be billed at US $.05 each minute over.
Yes. We offer 10% saving on annual plans which we would consider, under special circumstances, invoice billing upon request. Also for larger scenarios where you need several call paths we can provide a custom quote which may qualify for invoice billing. Terms are due upon receipt with NET 30 terms, 12% late charge each month overdue.

API
Our voice api is hosted in the cloud with connections to PSTN providers and API Integrations engines. We provide you with a secure API Key that will authenticate your applications data communications. Applications such as Orion and PRTG have API functions built in while almost all applications have ability to send an Email. ARATIS API’s will process and wrap this data into custom logic that is required to perform text messages, telephone calls and API communications. Our Voice IVR programing and API integrations will take it to the next level by adapting to what ever process you require.
Depending on your monitoring application, you would configure a separate notification rule for each team. There is no limit on number of teams only the number of team members you can notify inside a single workflow. The API engine will process the data within the workflow that you helped design and the Voice API will ensure it gets there.
Any API enabled application will work, for example a lot of customer use ORION SolarWinds and PRTG. We also accept input by email for legacy applications.
Not necessarily. We provide standard templates and support however we also offer our help to directly configure your application for you in situations where you may not have the expertise or local resources to get your application integration up and running quickly.
Infrastructure Monitor
Sensors are basic monitoring elements. One sensor usually monitors one measured value in your network such as CPU or Memory or DNS or one of over 200 sensors available.
On average you will need 5-10 sensors per server, network device or website while some scenarios may only require a single sensor.
Yes. You will be allowed to administer your own monitoring environment. ARATIS will monitor your usage and assess your total sensor count for each month in-which you may be required to upgrade and/or automatically billed in the next available package if you go over your allotted plan.
Monitoring your IT infrastructure behind a firewall would require a remote Probe. The remote probe is a very light weight application that resides on a windows box and receives configuration from the cloud hosted Core.
The remote Probe would monitor autonomously and send the monitoring results back to the core server for each check it has performed in an encrypted manner.
Yes, text, voice calls and emails are all included in every offering.
