Major developments in our Voice API came together in August of 2016 after years of frustration with the gaps in most monitoring systems.  Due to email overload, the trend was to hire a third-party call center to parse email alerts and make call-outs to staff on location.   This frustration and extra cost pushed us to develop our API integration services known as TextMeAlert.com and CallMeAlert.com.  These services act as your dedicated 24/7 call center bringing critical IT alerts to your attention while allowing the most flexibility at an extremely affordable cost.

We needed a robust API back-end to be sure everything was covered, whether hardware, Websites, Cloud apps and now IoT and Smart Cities.   We also needed to build relationships with quality service providers that we trust for our own services as well as our customers.  In everything we build, our top priority is to be efficient, flexible and reliable.

Built upon standards-based API programing languages running in global datacenters, within a global network, result in Real-time media processing with telco grade quality of service.  To make this  work we needed SIP trunks, telephone numbers, security, powerful and flexible API to deliver integrations with any  application all the while organized  together in a single solution.

Our service development ultimately centers around each customer having input into each design. To be valuable a service must have the ability to also adapt and fit into existing processes rather than creating new work.
