Make and receive business calls directly inside Microsoft Teams without switching apps. Your Company PBX and Linkus softphone remain the backbone — Teams simply becomes a convenient front-end for your team.

3-Step Setup
Step 1 – Add the Linkus app in Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Click Apps (left sidebar) → search Linkus.
- Select Linkus (by Yeastar) → click Add / Open.
- Right-click the Linkus icon and choose Pin so it stays visible.
Step 2 – Connect your Company PBX
When prompted, enter the Phone System URL from your onboarding email:
yourcompany.use.ycmcloud.com
Log in with Microsoft Single Sign-on Account if enabled or PBX email and password, either will work.
Step 3 – Install the Teams Desktop Plugin (recommended)
Download and run the plugin so Teams can control your Linkus client in the background. Once installed, it starts automatically.
